The NV Premier Dry Aged Black Angus Beef Collection is a top quality, fine steakhouse style collection. The cattle in this collection are grass raised which graze in pastures until the 120 day finishing program begins. The finishing program contains natural feeds, such as, alfalfa hay, apples and grain which result in high quality marbled meats. The wet, natural feed ration allows for a slower growth process that is good natured to cattle health. The added touch of feeding apples in the finishing program results in a unique flavorful beef collection.
