Our family began raising beef cattle in the Yakima Valley in 1972; with our father working on a cattle ranch in Central Washington after years of raising cattle in Mexico. With hard work and experience he has become a subject matter expert in raising beef cattle. With his devotion and the collaboration of his family, Valencia Cattle and 3V Ranches were born. Our passion for providing your family a high-quality, unique beef product has evolved into Valencia Beef.
