Q: How are our products delivered?
A: Our products are delivered freshly frozen in insulated cooler bags to your door by Valencia Beef. Our deliveries are scheduled for Friday, Saturday or Sunday and we arrange a time that works for you and your family.
Local orders can be delivered as soon as the day of or can be picked up the same day as ordered in Richland, WA.
Q: How long will the meat keep when frozen?
A: To ensure your meat keeps its quality, flavor and prevent damage in the freezer, we vacuum seal most every product.
According to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) frozen meat remains safe indefinitely. In regards to quality, the FDA recommends freezer storage up to 12 months.
Q: How much space do I need in my freezer for a Full Beef, Half Beef, 100 Pounder, 30 Pounds or 15 Pound Order?
A: Our NV Premier Black Angus weigh approximately 1,300 - 1,400 pounds live weight. Resulting in hanging weight of around 700 pounds after the dry aging process. After cutting and wrapping you can expect approximately 500 pounds of meat.
Our 3V Grass Fed Black Angus weigh approximately 1,200 - 1,300 pounds live weight. Resulting in hanging weight of around 780 pounds. After cutting and wrapping you can expect approximately 500 pounds of meat.
